2. Defective or Incorrect Items:
– If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
– Returns/exchanges will not be accepted beyond 48 hours of item delivery.

4. Condition of Returned Items
– Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
– Used or damaged items, except in cases of defects, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
– Defective/incorrect items not reported/returned within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Return Process
– Contact our customer service team to initiate a return through our main telephone line, email or any branch countrywide.
– You will receive a Return Merchandise (RM) number and instructions on how to proceed.
– Pack the item securely and include the RM number in the package.
– Send the item to original purchase point (branch) or TAW HQ based in Industrial Area, Nairobi.
7. Refunds
– Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
– Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
8. Exchanges
– If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once the return is accepted, we will send out the replacement item.
